What is Preliminary Form?

It is a mandatory document consisting of details of the transaction to be shared with the buyer before transaction is finalised.  This form consists of information as buyer’s and seller’s contact details, main specs of the product or services offered for sale, sales price, delivery conditions and cost of delivery if any, payment method and conditions, cancellation policy, return policies and procedures, legal rights and responsibilities of both sides.

Pre Information Form is displayed to the buyer after credit card and payment info are submitted and process continues only if the buyer approves the form.
